[Update 31st May 2019] Thank you very much everybody who supported Lowther Hills Ski Club with their vote at Tesco Lesmahagow. Lowther Hills managed to bag a £2,000 cash boost from the Tesco Bags of Help competition which will be invested in the improvement of the facilities at south of Scotland's only ski centre.

Please vote for us! Starting from 1st March until the 30th of April, Lowther Hills Ski Club is bidding to bag a cash boost from the Tesco Bags of Help competition at Tesco Lesmahagow.

If you are shopping in Tesco Lesmahagow in March and April, you will see instore a cabinet with 3 local groups' names at the Tesco Bags of Help scheme location. Lowther Hills Ski Club is one of those three community group which will receive a grant from the Tesco Bags of Help initiative. The group with the most votes will receive £4,000, the second most voted group will receive £2,000, and the third will get £1,000.

To vote, you will need to make a purchase within store of any value. You will receive one token per transaction (if the cashier forgets to give you any, please ask him/her if you can have one :-)

A £1,000 grant will help us to make good progress with the snowfences which keep the snow on the slopes, and a £2,000 grant will allow us to buy a few snowpark toys for children and adults to play on Lowther Hill in addition to the snowfences.
